As an employee at a food retailer, it is important that you understand and try to prevent theft, shrink, associate error and other forms of lost profit and product.
This is the first course in the Institute’s Loss Prevention program. It focuses on general security and training tactics by providing an overview and introduction to the basics of loss prevention.
